KaiCong SIP1403
This is a set of instructions for setting up a KaiCong SIP1403 IP Camera on ZoneMinder.
The settings for the camera are as follows:

Save everything.
Reboot!
Restart ZoneMinder -- sudo service zoneminder restart.
